Personal Information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Dad's Specialty Printing as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, and to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to Dad's Specialty Printing and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Dad's Specialty Printing to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Dad's Specialty Printing Terms and Conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside Dad's Specialty Printing's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Dad's Specialty Printing is released from Dad's Specialty Printing's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

All products remain Dad's Specialty Printing's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Dad's Specialty Printing.

All transfers conducted through Dad's Specialty Printing are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Cookies

Dad's Specialty Printing uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, cannot contain viruses and occupy virtually no space on your hard drive. There are two types of cookies: "Session Cookies" and cookies that are saved permanently on your computer.

The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use Dad's Specialty Printing without trouble you need to have cookies enabled.

The second type of cookie saves a file permanently on your computer. This type of cookie is used to track how visitors move around on the website. This is only used to offer visitors better services and support. The text files can be deleted. On Dad's Specialty Printing we use this type of cookie to keep track of your shopping cart and to keep statistics of our visitors. The information stored on your computer is only a unique number, without any connection to personal information.

Additional Information

Dad's Specialty Printing reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. In the event a product is sold out, Dad's Specialty Printing has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Dad's Specialty Printing shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Terms

All orders must be paid in full before order is placed unless otherwise approved by Dad's Specialty Printing. Paying via check will result in the turnaround time starting once the check clears the bank account.

Pricing

Dad's Specialty Printing reserves the right to change pricing without notice at any given time. All quoted prices will be honored up to 14 days after quote was originally processed.

Quality Assurance

We allow an industry standard 72 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues with your order. Dad's Specialty Printing is not responsible for errors with your order if notified after 72 hours of receiving the goods.  Additionally, Dad's Specialty Printing is not responsible for any lost income, customers, accounts, and/or contracts if defective garments are sent out to your final customer. While Dad's Specialty Printing does quality checks on the garments, the final quality assurance check lies your hands. 

After notifying us of a return, we allow a total of 14 business days to return the items. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. You can find the return address here

Tags

Each item will be shipped with a Dad's Specialty Printing identification hang tag attached to it. If you do not wish to have the hang tags on the shirts, please notify us when ordering so we will not attach them. 

Artwork

Submitted artwork must be 300 DPI or vector format. Design should be sized to how it should be printed. All text must be converted to outlines (AI) or curves (Corel). Dad's Specialty Printing is not responsible for poor quality prints due to poor quality artwork that has been submitted. Dad's Specialty Printing is not responsible for any misspelling, errors, or issues with provided artwork. Art is printed in accordance with the approved art granted by the customer. Artwork Approval

All artwork is to be approved via a digital mock-up through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art, and accuracy of the artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mockup, as this is how your garments will print. Dad's Specialty Printing will not accept responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after artwork approval. Any changes requested after customer approval will result in production delays and possibly additional expenses for which the client will be invoiced accordingly. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the mockup can/will result in production delays.

Returned Checks

There will be a $35.00 returned check fee.

Out of Stock Items

Dad's Specialty Printing will not be responsible for items that are out of stock. While we check items we know to have potential stock issues, all garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability. If items are out of stock, we will provide you with a list of possible replacements and get it approved by you before printing the chosen item.

Changes to orders after Placement

Any change made to your order after payment that is not due to a supplier stock issue will be subject to a Change Fee of $50.00, in addition to any additional costs to make the changes. Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a Rush Fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain it is what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts working on different aspects of the job, and changes become costly and time-consuming. If you should want to cancel your order after Order confirmation there will be a restocking fee of 15%-20% depending on suppliers terms. [Subject to change without notice at suppliers will] on any goods ordered as well as both outbound and return freight costs incurred in the process will be charged to the customer. If any artwork has been made ready there will be an artwork fee for the time at the current hourly rate. Artwork files can be requested for other use once paid. If any other cost occur due to the cancellation they will be passed on to the customer.

Under-runs and Spoilage

Due to the nature of this business, Dad's Specialty Printing is not responsible for under-runs or spoilage, up to 10% per design (spoilage must be more than 10 shirts per design for a reprint). Please keep this in mind when ordering (it is never a bad idea to order extras). We always do our best to get you what you ordered. We will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order, but will not process a reprint for less than 10% of your order (or 10 shirts minimum). Dad's Specialty Printing will not, at any time, be responsible for any lost profits on items shorted from your order. 

Garment Defects

Dad's Specialty Printing is not responsible for manufacturer defects. These include, but are not limited to: color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.). Though we try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, we cannot guarantee each garment. We highly recommend ordering 5% extra of each size if an exact count is important. A note about over-dying: For any number of reasons, some manufacturers over-dye their garments. Over-dying is the process of re-dying a garment after its initial manufacturing period. Because of this factor, Dad's Specialty Printing cannot 100% guarantee exact color consistency on coloring.

While this is most noticeable on white ink prints (showing a slight off white tinge), it can sometimes be seen with other colors. If you are concerned about the possibility of over-dying on a garment you are interested in, or you would like more information or alternate print methods, please contact us. We will be glad to provide you with any information that may help you avoid this issue.

Satisfaction Clause

Dad's Specialty Printing will not be responsible for your satisfaction with the garments printed on or the printed artwork. We are always available to counsel any customer to ensure you pick a garment that matches your needs but we also need you to do your due diligence on the garment choice. If you are unsure of what garment to select, we can gladly order a number of blank samples for you to choose from. The samples will be billed at a per piece rate and shipped without printing. Blank samples will not credit to the cost of your order.

If you would like a sample of the artwork on the shirt, we will do that for a minimum of 10 shirts and charge fees for the shirts accordingly. The shirts will be printed and shipped before the original order and be charged to the original order for extra shipping. You do not need to ship the items back to us, and remember that these are not part of the original order number. It is not a good idea to order less than you need in the original order and include the samples in case you are not satisfied with the shirts. It is always good to order a few more shirts than needed. 

Claims and Reprints

All of our customers are valued customers, no matter the size, and we want you to know that. We strive daily to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. If Dad's Specialty Printing is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors that exceed the spoilage rate.
