SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders will be shipped using USPS.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be included in the final invoice.

  • Shipping Fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

  • Arrangements can be made for pick up in person at the store. 

Returns

  • All returns must be notified to us within 72 hours of delivery. Anything after that will be refused.
  • Returns sent without prior notice will be refused.
  • After notifying us of the return you have 14 business days to return the items. 
  • Items must be returned unused in original packaging, including all tags.
  • A full refund of the purchased price excluding the shipping cost will be made after receiving the merchandise in the same condition as shipped.
  • We do not refund shipping cost or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
  • We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If this happens, you must file a claim with the carrier.
