SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be shipped using USPS.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and will be included in the final invoice.
Shipping Fees are not refundable under any circumstance.
Arrangements can be made for pick up in person at the store.
Returns
- All returns must be notified to us within 72 hours of delivery. Anything after that will be refused.
- Returns sent without prior notice will be refused.
- After notifying us of the return you have 14 business days to return the items.
- Items must be returned unused in original packaging, including all tags.
- A full refund of the purchased price excluding the shipping cost will be made after receiving the merchandise in the same condition as shipped.
- We do not refund shipping cost or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping. If this happens, you must file a claim with the carrier.
